2018 Leaf Pickup Begins

"Pass One for the fall 2018 season is scheduled to begin between October 24th - 29th, weather permitting" according to the St. Joseph County Leaf Program (  "The annual Leaf Program will begin October 24th and continue until two passes have been completed. The program will require up to a ten (10) week period."
Political Signs 30 Days Prior

Political signs are subject to three stipulations, per section 18 of the Covenants and Restrictions: "Political signs: (1) may not be placed on a Lot more than thirty (30) days prior to the election to which they pertain; (2) must be removed within five (5) days after the date of the election to which they relate; and (3) may not exceed three (3) signs in total. In no event shall any commercial advertising signage be allowed on any Lot."  For today's citizenship test we'll let you do the calendar math.

See who and what is on the ballot.  Quail Ridge South is in Indiana House District 48; Quail Ridge North is in Indiana House District 8.  Both Quail Ridge North and South are in Indiana Senate District 11.
