"Pass One for the fall 2018 season is scheduled to begin between October 24th - 29th, weather permitting" according to the St. Joseph County Leaf Program (sjclp.com).  "The annual Leaf Program will begin October 24th and continue until two passes have been completed. The program will require up to a ten (10) week period."
