It happens.  The snow plow slices a piece of sod out of your lawn or topples a mailbox or clips a sprinkler head.  What next?  The St. Joseph County Highway Department (http://www.stjosephcountyindiana.com/departments/sjchighway/index.htm) will correct the woe.  For yard damage, which the County will fix in the spring when the ground thaws, call the Highway Dept.
