Each homeowner who wants a 2018 Spring leaf pickup must individually register his/her address through the St. Joseph County Leaf Pickup website (www.sjclp.com).  The entire subdivision does not automatically get a Spring Pass, and the Quail Ridge Homeowners Association cannot do it on your behalf. The deadline for you to register for the Spring Pass is April 10.  Without registration, leaves may be left curbside.

 

The SJCLP website states, "Spring Pass will Begin April 16th Weather Permitting.  Spring Pass Requires 3 to 5 Weeks for Completion Weather Permitting. Residents must have their leaves to the curb prior to the First day of collection."
