4th of July Bike Parade & Walk/Run

Hello! We hope you are enjoying the beginning of your summer!
The annual Quail Ridge 4th of July bike parade & walk/run is coming up and will follow the same route as last year.
- Due to traffic safety concerns last year, we changed the parade route to be a “2-mile loop” in Quail Ridge South
- The route will begin in the green space located on the corner of Durham Way and Hunting Ridge (Fir Rd entrance)
- Bikers & walk/runners will head west on Durham Way for about a mile, turn left onto Turnwood, then a soft left onto Hunting Ridge and follow that street back to the green space.

- The parade will begin promptly at 9:00 am, residents can meet at the beginning or hop on as they want.
- Please come with your decorated bike and be sure to include it in the contest after the parade!
- If you aren’t planning on riding your bike, please come watch the parade along the route and cheer on our bikers and walk/runners!
- Kona Ice will be provided at the end of the parade!
